It’s not about being a track star or an elite athlete. It’s about being the best YOU can be. This 4 week program will teach you to run better and more efficiently. You will find yourself building relationships with others who enjoy and have the same interests and goals. It’s always different and a lot of fun.

As a Running Bootcamper, you will gain confidence, endurance, speed, and find your legs leaner and stronger. You don’t have to be a great runner to begin, we welcome For all ages and fitness abilities. The ultimate goal is to be able to run any race; for some your first with EASE and CONFIDENCE and for the avid runner to BEAT your personal best!

Evolve Fitness Bootcamps are a 4-week outdoor workout program for women and men of all ages, shapes, experience and fitness levels. Drop excess pounds through progressive strength and power training along with rigorous bursts of intervals that will give you true results and help you succeed in your health and fitness goals!

No matter what your current fitness level there’s always plenty of motivational support and encouragement to push you to YOUR limits!

PRE-EVALUATION - FIRST WEEK OF SESSION

This is your opportunity to have a one-on-one consultation with your certified trainer to discuss your personal goals, address any health concerns, obtain initial measurements and ask any questions you might have. We will help you develop a strategy to reach your goals and keep your commitment to them.

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT

Designed to establish a baseline of your physical strength/endurance. This will take place the first day of your session. It doesn’t matter where you start - the key here is progress! If you attend all of your scheduled classes and commit to your nutritional goals you will show significant progress at the end of your session!

POST-EVALUATION - LAST WEEK OF SESSION

This will take place the last Friday of your session. Compare the new to your initial measurements and celebrate your success! Typical results are 2-3 inch reduction in midsection/hips, 5-12 lbs of weight loss and 2-3 lbs of muscle gain.
